I thought that it's an interesting use case and a funny idea. People always question if the person they are talking to is interested or not.
So I built an app for Thai people. It's called เขาชอบเราไหม ("does he/she like me?"). Basically, the user can upload a screenshot of a chat, and an AI will analyze and tell the user if the person they are talking to likes them. The user can provide info like if the other person is a guy or girl, since different genders have different messaging tendencies.
The analysis is not cryptic. It sounds like a friend talking to you, giving you advice and explaining why it thinks the person is interested or not. There is a score, a row of hearts, to point out how much the person likes you, and follow-up advice on what to reply.
##The Thai might be funny
I am a Singaporean who can speak and read a little Thai, and so the Thai in this application might be funny or wrong. That disclaimer is in the app itself, in a little about card at the bottom.
##Friends as QA
I sent the app to friends and the feedback came in fast.
One friend told me:
I like the interface haha very easy on the eye, but maybe the suggested responses are too robotic
maybee, you can let the user pick the reply style
like assertive or casual
So now there are reply style options: my style, bold, playful, sweeter.
